BME Expands International Partnerships and Student Mobility Opportunities

Budapest University of Technology and Economics has continued to strengthen its international partnerships through participation in the 2026 European Association for International Education conference in Glasgow. The major international higher-education event brought together thousands of professionals and provided BME with an opportunity to meet existing and potential partner institutions. Discussions focused on Erasmus+ cooperation, student mobility, internships, summer schools and other forms of academic collaboration. BME representatives also explored opportunities with universities from Europe, North America and Asia. Strong international partnerships can provide students with access to new study destinations, academic networks, practical experience and intercultural learning. The university’s continued engagement with international higher-education networks demonstrates the importance of global cooperation in modern education and supports the development of new opportunities for students seeking international academic and professional experience.
